Cancellation Policy
All regular orders may be cancelled within 48 hours. All cancellations must be authorised by an Affinity Graphics staff member. Custom orders of any kind may be cancelled at the proof stage, the proof preparation will be deducted from the payment. Processing Policy As all of our products are made to order, our standard processing time for our products to be manufactured and sent out to you is 3-7 business days. Please note, that customisation may extend production phase and add an additional time before your product is shipped. Note: Custom designs and any changes must be proofed by customer before processing.

Custom colors can be applied to existing decal designs/or parts of existing designs, this can add to the processing time required. Custom materials and vinyl can be sourced for your decals/signs. The sourcing of custom materials can add to the processing time required. Free or bonus decals that may be offered at the discretion of Affinity Graphics staff members cannot be altered or customised. Rush processing is available for a 15% surcharge and guarantees that your order is manufactured and sent out no later than the next business day. Rush processing does not include or replace expedited shipping. Rush processing may not be available on custom designs if these designs require more time for processing or sourcing materials.

Refund and Returns Policy 
We can accept return goods for a refund, repair or replacement if: • The item has a fault that wouldn't normally be detected at the time of purchase. • The item is not the same as described by the product description, or does not match the sample shown.

When customers are returning faulty goods, they may also lose their right to a refund if the goods have not been used in accordance with instructions, have been abused or have been damaged during application. Goods will not be accepted for refund, repair or replacement if: • The item is the wrong size. • The customer has changed their mind • The goods have been lost/damaged during delivery. Please ask about registered/ insured post before sale. In these circumstances, we are not obliged to refund the money, exchange the goods or even give a credit note unless this has been agreed by the Web Store Manager before the sale.

Note:Custom designs and any changes must be proofed by customer before processing. Once the design is accepted, all above returns policies apply.

Warranty & Returns 
Our extensive product range is manufactured to the highest standard available, offering quality, reliability and performance. The ultimate commitment undertaken by any supplier is warranty. Affinity Graphics believes in the product we sell to you, and therefore guarantee to repair or replace, at our discretion, any product(s), which are faulty under normal conditions of use. All products sold through the website are supplied in conjunction with the manufacturer's warranty. In the case of vinyl, decals, stickers and signs, the warranty period will depend greatly on the quality level of the materials use. The general expected life of the average decal is 5-7 years depending on the environment. Please confirm warranty period for computer repairs and builds before time of sale, although most custom built computers would come with a 12 month warranty. Affinity Graphics will comply with all statutory warranty obligations. This warranty does not cover products that have been mistreated, abused or neglected in any way.

Accompanying proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims. Faulty goods must be returned to the place of purchase for servicing. Returns to Affinity Graphics of product for replacement or returns by mail will be at the cost of the customer.

Warranty Statement
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (defective goods). The Manufacturer will repair or replace such defective goods as per the terms of the Manufacturer’s defined warranty period. This warranty is against defects in the goods purchased and does not cover damage caused by the incorrect use or installation of the goods, or by modifications, or by accident. To claim under the warranty you need to return the product to the place of purchase (at your expense) with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. Discounts and Promotions
Discounts and Promotions may be offered at the sole discretion of Affinity Graphics. Affinity Graphics will provide specific terms and conditions for each promotion. Please note, discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Sale items are not subject for further discount. Make sure you specify in the notes of your order which Promotion you would like to apply. We reserve a right to refund only to those who select the specific promotion. Vinyl wall stickers that require customisation cannot apply promotions (other than free shipping) unless otherwise discussed. Resellers and wholesalers do not qualify for any promotional discounts. 

Product Pricing
The List Price displayed for all of our products are true representation of the shown illustrations. No hidden fees will apply for our standard items. No extra charges will apply for all of our decals, except when modifications and customisations are requested. All the colors presented are included in the price and will not be charged separately. Review our information on customisation and proof preparation to understand charges that may occur during customisation. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered in our website is not as described, Your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to You in joining, buying and all other activities You will make on our website. By using or shopping from Affinity Graphics, You agree to be bound by its terms of use and shall comply thereof. Amendments to this agreement can be made and effected by us from time to time without specific notice to Your end. Agreement posted on the Site reflects the latest agreement and You should carefully review the same before You use our site.
