Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-7 business days in Australia for your order to be delivered. Allow from 15 business day to 25 business days for international delivery.

Affinity Graphics is not responsible for any customs fees. Affinity Graphics ships your item at a true value and it is up to your local government to charge proper tax for imported goods.

Affinity Graphics is not responsible for delays in delivery once order has been shipped. As we have no control over delivery times no refunds will be provided for late delivery. Express delivery customers will be supplied with their tracking number by email once sent. This includes local delivery errors as well as international customs issues.

All Affinity Graphics orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, Affinity Graphics will reship the package at the customer’s expense.

If a few delivery attempts have been made to deliver the package by the shipping company, and it is returned to Affinity Graphics, the package will be re-sent at the customer’s expense.

If customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, all return policies will apply. 

Any fees incurred as a result of the package being returned to sender will be deducted from the refund issued.

Free Shipping Promotions – Orders returned that included free shipping will be refunded less a shipping charge.


Risk of loss – All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will however, offer all our support to uncover the lost package and will not leave you without a decal. Arrangements are made on case per case bases.
